Our service offers a range of treatment options to help you to make positive changes in your life and improve your wellbeing. We also provide interventions remotely including interactive webinars, group sessions and 1-1 therapy delivered via telephone, online video conference or a combination of both.
Treatment options are based on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) which is a structured therapy where you will set goals you want to reach and work on changes you can make to patterns of thoughts and behaviours to help you attain your goals.
You can gain access to our service via your GP or other healthcare professional. Alternatively, you can self-refer to our service online without needing to speak to you GP. Click here for more information on how to refer.
